Dr. Nick Ghazarian

Dr. Nick Ghazarian is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and fellowship-trained spine surgeon specializing in advanced spine care, minimally invasive spine surgery, orthopedics, and regenerative medicine. He is the founder of Precision Spine & Orthopedics and serves as Director of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery at Dignity Health Glendale Memorial Hospital. His practice is focused on helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities that matter most.

Dr. Ghazarian treats a wide range of neck, back, nerve, joint, tendon, and orthopedic conditions, including disc herniations, spinal stenosis, radiculopathy, myelopathy, scoliosis, spinal trauma, knee and shoulder pathology, and selected hand conditions. Emin Keshishyan, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant at Precision Spine & Orthopedics with many years of experience in orthopedic and spine care. He works closely with Dr. Nick Ghazarian in the evaluation and treatment of patients with neck, back, joint, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
Emin is involved throughout the continuum of patient care, including patient evaluations, follow-up visits, injections, casting/splinting, treatment coordination, perioperative education, postoperative management, and rehabilitation planning.

His approach emphasizes thorough evaluation, clear communication, continuity of care, and helping patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options. As an integral member of the Precision Spine & Orthopedics team, Emin works alongside Dr. Ghazarian to provide personalized and comprehensive orthopedic and spine care.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Ghazarian is deeply committed to education, mentorship, and advancing the field of spine surgery. He actively teaches medical students, residents, surgeons, and other physicians, and has lectured nationally and internationally on spine surgery, orthopedic conditions, minimally invasive techniques, and strategies to avoid unnecessary surgery. His academic work includes invited lectures, podium presentations, peer-reviewed publications, and ongoing participation in major orthopedic and spine organizations, including the North American Spine Society, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, and the Society for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery.

Dr. Ghazarian also has a strong commitment to service. Through international volunteer work, including spine outreach and surgical education in Armenia, he has traveled abroad to perform volunteer surgery, teach, lecture, and help expand access to advanced orthopedic and spine care. His experience caring for a diverse patient population, including high-profile individuals and international patients, has shaped his belief that every patient deserves thoughtful, precise, and compassionate care.
